  • 1 lb of lean ground chicken
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • ginger about the size your thumb nail and the thickness of your thumb
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp of Daiya shredded cheese or 1 slice of cheese of your choice
  • 1 Mikey's English Muffin or bun of your liking


  1. Dice up the onion, garlic, and ginger
  2. Place the ground chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and cumin in a large mixing bowl and mix well
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal sized patties
  4. Grill, pan fry, or bake the burgers until cooked
  5. Assemble the burger with desired toppings
