- 1. Wash and spiralize the zucchini or yellow squash
- 2. Cut the scallion in small circles, putting a tablespoon aside
- 3. Add sesame oil to a medium pan
- 4. Add the scallions, shrimp, and zucchini or yellow squash
- 5. Add the coconut aminos, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt
- 6. Stir cook for approximately 5-8 minutes
- 7. Place the dish into a bowl and top with the remainder of the scallions
