Still, the word that comes to my mind when I think of this topic is mystical. We can’t see the soul of a person, but we can feel and sense it. It’s mystical. Somehow we know it’s there. I believe that the soul can be healed by the Higher Being and a soul at peace can absolutely have positive effects on the physical body!
Though the process of healing is not as quick as a miracle, it takes time for someone to heal and is definitely a gradual overall improvement process.
Spiritual healing can also provide benefit from a distance. A healing voice from a distant place can be as effective as hands on. Such type of healing is known as remote healing. Prayer is one such form of distant healing and spiritual connection to God.

Meditation may be one of the practices that were a part of ancient traditions but it is highly practiced even today. It is attached to different religions but is mostly practiced in order to find awareness and achieve inner peace.
Even in the 21st century, people are turning towards meditation to acquire much needed inner peace. The main reason for the dramatic increase in meditation is the busy schedule and hectic lives of people, which makes it even more important to reduce stress.
Moreover, there is no right or wrong way of meditation as long as it provides harmony to your body & mind and meets your requirements.
Following are the main types of meditation that are practiced in various parts of the world:

When you want to establish a connection with nature, you need only realize that you are an integral part of nature. The body that you have is made up of all similar minerals, elements, and energies that are used to make this planet.

When I was a kid, I was lucky enough to live in a quiet rural areas where I need only walk a few feet outside our back yard to be in the woods and near a running stream. Often times I sat there quietly. There was no cell phone to distract me. I can vividly recall the sounds and sensations of just being there.
Make it simple
I was connected to nature and I recharged easily that way. So, a fitting example of a connection to nature could just be the oxygen that we need for our survival. Realizing that it is given to us by plants and trees. These trees are part of nature and they breathe in carbon dioxide that we exhale; hence, a beautiful cycle.
Some other ways to connect to nature include cloud-and-star-gaze, to go barefoot, sun and moon gazing, walking and listening to the sounds of nature.
Moreover, our bodies are even made up of nature and at the end; we return our bodies to the motherland, thus, back to nature.

- Find a good place, sit and feel the surroundings like I did as a kid.
- Try to relax and observe the nature that is around you any time you go outside.
- Be mindful of grass, trees, flowers, birds, clouds, and everything miraculous in nature. City dwellers can even start relishing a few flowers on a rooftop garden in the city.
3.) Prayer for Health
According to different beliefs, prayers can change things and turn your life around. You can also communicate with God through prayers. If you believe in it, you can use prayers for healing as well. But then again, it all comes down to whether you believe it or not. Believing in something enhances its effectiveness.
I am a believer and my personal prayer for health goes something like this, ” Dear Lord, thank you for another day. Thank you for another opportunity to do your will here on Earth. Please grant me the strength and good health to get up and go to work and teach your children. Help me to have patience, love and kindness for all. -In Jesus’ name, Amen”
Then I go to work and I am feeling thankful for a new day and chance to do God’s will. But, I am also happy for every healthy day I have. When I pray for others it feels good and a lot of the worry I may have had about their well-being is given to God and this alone lightens the burden on my own soul.

When it comes to spiritual healing, there are different types of prayers according to different beliefs. These prayers might include a prayer for health for yourself, or a friend. By now you can see that you can pray for anything you want or need. You can do it any time, any place. Music is the language of our souls. It is a powerful tool that helps in healing and releasing the stress of most of the people. It is also not important that all types of music are suitable to all.
Needless to say, when you play music, a beautiful sound can bring your soul into a harmonious form. When I listen to certain chosen songs, they bring back memories of some of the best and happiest times of my life. This helps my soul happy and peaceful.
