Then I go to work and I am feeling thankful for a new day and chance to do God’s will. But, I am also happy for every healthy day I have. When I pray for others it feels good and a lot of the worry I may have had about their well-being is given to God and this alone lightens the burden on my own soul.

Karate chop (KC): small intestine meridian
Top of head (TH): governing vessel
Eyebrow (EB): bladder meridian
Side of the eye (SE): gallbladder meridian
